ACT! 2010 activation failure

Hi there,

 

We recently decided to reinstall Act 2010 to two computers within our business, it was previously installed on some older machines but was uninstalled from these last year. Everything installs fine but when it comes to activating the software online it fails and tells me that we have 30 days remaining on our trial. I've tried turning off UAC as it is a windows 7 machine but no luck with that.

 

Is there any other way we can get it activated?

Please send me your serial number through a private message (click on my Community user name and select 'Send a private message' in right column), and I will check the registration limit for it.

I have reset the registration limit for your serial number, please attempt to register again.

If UAC has been re-enabled, right click on the ACT! icon and select 'Run as administrator' to open and register.
