ACT! 2010 SP1 retains Opportunities list filter, but now can't open older Opportunities

When we upgraded to ACT! 2010 (v12), we noticed that if we opened a closed opportunity to read our notes, then tried to go back to the list view, we lost our "list filtering" and had to sit and wait for the entire list of over 12,000 opportunities to load before we could do anything.  This situation was never a problem in the previous version of ACT.  We learned to close the program without going to the list view, and reopen it so that the filter from preferences would again be applied.  Now, after SP1, we cannot even open a closed opportunity unless we expand the list filtering to incorporate the one we want to view.  Otherwise when we double-click the opportunity, a completely unrelated and incorrect opportunity for another customer opens from our filtered list instead!  In a way, this is an even worse problem than before, since it requires constant readjustment of the opportunities list filter.  At least with the other problem, we could avoid going to the list of opportunities until we closed and reopened the program.

Thank you for reporting the issue with opening an Opportunity that is not listed in the List View (Lookup results), we have tested it and received the same results.  I have submitted this as an issue; however, at this time we have no target date for a resolution.
