ACT 2010 Restore Issue

Whil trying to restore a database, using "Restor as", I receive a lengthy error message that starts with: Act.Framework.PasswordPolicyComplianceException: Error in the application. at Act.Framework.ActFramework.FailLogOn(Exception ex, TraceCategory tCat TraceLevel tLevel) . . . There are a dozen more lines after this. Does anyone recognize what this is and what I must do to restore a backup? Thanks!

Sounds like the backup was made with a later version of the ACT! program or possibly a premium database being restored on a Pro (Standard) version.
