Upgraded to 2010 Premium. I am getting errors trying to sink a PPC. Upon inspection, there appears to be a problem with the handheld Sync Set.
I cannot edit or delete it. Can someone tell me where this value is stored? Maybe I can delete it and re-install.
PS: I attached a pdf with screen shots of the error codes.

This error could be the result of some invalid data in your database that is included in the sync set. You can test this by either setting up sync with the Demo database (ACT2010Demo) or using a sync set in your own database that only includes a handful of contacts. The invalid data may be an improperly formatted phone number or email address. I would also advise running maintenance on your database under Tools/Database Maintenance/Check & Repair.

You might also look at using Handheld Contact - it's much more reliable and has three editions, including a free version
