Hello, I am a new ACT 2010 user for about 2 months.
The first month of using act - the software crashed my older computer. I've since purchased a new Dell with Windows 7.
My second try - I received the ACT software download link AGAIN from my sales rep. I reinstalled ACT on my new computer with NO password for my database. I recreated my entire database again from scratch. I just recently shut down my ACT software and tried reopenning the database.
I am now prompted with a Username / Password. The problem is, I do not have a password. I am now receiving the following error code after trying to access my database with just my username: "The given key was not present in the dictionary."
Any ideas on how I can access my database? I appreciate all the help/feedback. Thanks.

Contact Data Services at SAGE Software. They can recover your password, for a relatively cheap fee.
