Hi,
We have bought new serial numbers for ACT Premium 2010. But, when I add the new serial number it prompts an error message:
The Serial Number is Invalid. Reenter the serial number, or call the number for assistance.
Can someone help us what to do on this issue? Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Yup, they emailed me telling that they sent Pro serials instead of Premium.
