ACT 2010 License Issue [ Edited ]

Hi,

We have bought new serial numbers for ACT Premium 2010. But, when I add the new serial number it prompts an error message:

The Serial Number is Invalid. Reenter the serial number, or call the number for assistance.

Can someone help us what to do on this issue? Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Are you sure it's for ACT! 2010 Premium?

Doesn't sound like they sent you Premium ... actually I didn't think you could buy Premium directly from Sage in Australia.

You'll probably need to return it and purchase Premium through an ACT! consultant.

I can recommend some good ones if you like

Yup, they emailed me telling that they sent Pro serials instead of Premium.
