ACT 2010 - Hyperlinked contacts to companies

Hi,

 

I am having diffculty hyperlinking the company field in my contacts list.  Some contacts have hyperlinked companies but others do not and I can't see how i've done them any different?

 

Can anyone help?

Did you ever find the solution as to why some companies are hyperlinked and others are not?
