I just converted my users to ACT! 2010. One user who uses the built in ACT! Email client has noticed that whenever she opens ACT! Email all the folders are collapsed so that the only way she can see her Inbox is to click on the plus sign next to the "ACT! Email" folder and then click again on the plus sign next to the name of her email account. Is there any way to tell this view of the email client to always open with all folders expanded? I've tried to close the window while holding down the "Shift" key, but this did not work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Is she using Outlook or Internet mail with ACT! Email? I was not able to reproduce this using Outlook. If using Internet Mail, this may happen if she has more than one mail account in her email setup. It could possiblly be caused by a damaged preferences file.
