While researching how to migrate ACT! Premium 2010 from one server to another, I came across a knowledge base article (I can't find it again at the moment) which stated that both the server and workstations need to be on the same version of ACT!. So when I installed the software on the new server, it is the original ACT! Premium 2010 however when I look at the user's workstations (which are not changing), they have 2010 Premium 2010 HotFix3.
I've searched around the ACT site and I can find Hotfix 4 and 5, but not Hotfix 3. Does anyone know if this is still available? If it is no longer available, I guess I'll have to download Hotfix 5 and apply it to both the server and the workstations.

When desired hotfix was downloaded and installed on each pc, was the file by any chance saved to the pc somewhere, such as Downloads folder?
If yes, then you can use that file to resolve issue,
else contact Swiftpage Support or perhaps this forum moderator will provide you with desired hotfix download link. - cheers - FSB
