I need another tab that is similiar to the Notes tab: tracking date, time, what the issue is regarding, record manager, etc.
I cannot find any command to let me insert a date/time/regarding, etc. column.
I basically want a copy of the Notes tab that allows me to enter other information that I need to track separately from the Notes.
Any way to do this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. You're talking about adding a one-to-many table to the database. That's a capability of the ACT! SQL database. However you will need a third party program to provide the user interface to design and manage the additional table. Topline Designer and Durkin Computing are sources for the addon.
