I have been running ACT! 2010 since 11/09 without any problems. Recently, ACT! freezes up constantly when scrolling through the List screen. I have to reboot it, only to have it re-freeze when doing the same thing. I read that some users are having similar issues when running Outlook on the same machine as ACT! I now know that my Outlook is causing the conflict, because ACT! runs ok when Outlook isn't running. I have archived my inbox items going back from 6 months prior, with no improvement.

In the tools menu there is an option to reset the menus and toolbars as I have found some customisations to the list view over time get broken. If this does not work search in forums to reset preferences as you might have corrupted preferences.
