Hello I have one user who keeps getting the Mini Calendar issue described in this KB Article.
The database is on a server and everything runs fine on all other clients. However about once per week this users laptop has the mini calendar issue. I follow the steps to manually clear the preferences and it works great after but only lasts about a week. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue to keep happening?
I just upgraded everyone to:
ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 22.214.171.124, Hot Fix 1

That article also mentions the DPI setting - did you set that back to normal fonts, too? If not, the problem would likely continue. ACT! doesn't do large screen fonts well.
