In my consulting practice, it would be beneficial to schedule appointments with clients such that the anchor meeting is a set day/time each month with the added benefit of setting a to-do four days prior for me to send a prep email to the client and a followup phone call three days after.
In my current ACT version, I can set the activity series manually for each corresponding month or I can manually create each of the three events on a recurring albeit somewhat broken manner, but I can't do both.
Is there a way to do this in ACT 2010 or can it be done in later versions?
