Re: ACT 2009 with Terminal Server Outlook Auto sync

With Outlook integration in a terminal services environment, the users will need to integrate with the locally installed version of Outlook on their machine, not the Outlook installed on the server.  Once they have this set up, then they can use the ACT! Scheduler to schedule periodic calendar syncs.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

How do you get ACT to communicate with the locally installed version of Outlook? I don't see anything in setup or anywhere for that matter that explains this.

Re: ACT 2009 with Terminal Server Outlook Auto sync

How can we schedule outlook sync on the local PC if ACT is only installed on the terminal server ?

We use today ACT!2010 and it is always impossible to automatically sync Outlook on a terminal Server !

Is there a solution for that ?
