ACT 2009 sync log information

Hi all,

I'm new to ACT and after looking through a sync log of one of our remote users I notice the following line:-

Contact - Added 49, Deleted 17, Updated 29

My question being, is there any way of knowing what records were deleted?

Cheers, Bill

ACT records a history on the "My Record" of the user who deleted the contact.

Re: ACT 2009 sync log information

Hello Bill,

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. Unfortunately, there is not a sync log you can view that will show which contacts were deleted. The only way to view a record of when a contact was deleted is by looking under the History of the user who deleted them. This information will not be consistent with the date/time of the sync log, since it just copies over the history, not when the sync removed the contact. You would need to look at the deletions for each user (on the main database) that occurred between the time of the last two syncs to get an idea of the contacts that were deleted.
