I have a client that has ACT 2009 installed on a windows 2007 machine. They have companionlik express not sure of release #. When he syncs the phone not all information is being transferred to phone. The way we found this out was that he has 3 clients with the same last name in ACT but only 2 of the 3 are transferred to the phone. In ACT they are setup as 3 seperate clients none are secondary contacts. Copmpanionlink is setup to syncronize all contacts.
The 2 contacts that are in both the phone and act were created in 2010, the one that is missing from the phone was created in 2009.
This is not the only contact that is missing from phone there are others but this is what caused my client to realize there was a problem.
I am not sure if there is a setting I missed that is causing this to happen but I need to get this resolved ASAP
