My employer is using ACT 2009 (11.0) on Windows XP Pro SP3, and has been having issues with ACT email for awhile now. At first ACT would randomly strip incoming email attachments. Then it randomly started stripping outbound email attachments. At this point it's stipping all email attachments - he cannot send or receive any attachments at all.
We uninstalled ACT, then ran a registry cleaner before re-installing. However that did not solve the problem.
We're hoping one of you will have the solution to this. At this point in time, upgradintg ACT is not an option.
