Hi, i'm trying to set up the quick attach feature to record history in ACT when emails are sent and received.
I have gone through the email setup in ACT and have tried clicking "quick attach" in outlook, but absolutely nothing happens. I have tried restarting my machine but nothing has changed. I'm sure there's probably some simple check box that i've missed but having spent a long time looking through the system and the help i can't find any obvious solution.
Any suggestions are very much welcomed please?
