I recently needed to reinstall Vista on my laptop in order to update to SP2. All my programs needed to be reinstalled -- including ACT! for RE 2009. After installation, program ran correctly and I imported my database. When I closed the program and tried to start it again, I started the logon process by putting in my username and password. After that, the program goes to "Log on", "Loading", "Loading Complete"...After that, I receive an error:
"ACT! for Real Estate Has Stopped Working. The problem casued the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Is there something in windows I should be doing in order to have the program work time and time again?
Please let me know.
