I have a customer who is having major trouble with ACT! 2009. More specifically he's having problems with the email client. When he receives emails he's receiving them multiple times. He's also unable to view attachments in emails after they're downloaded and if he sends an email with an attachment the attachment doesn't show up. In both cases, in ACT the paper clip icon will be present but if you go to "Save Attachments" nothing shows up. This all just started recently.
This is Windows XP and he uses Network Solutions for his email.
I'm not an ACT! expert at all and was hoping someone could help.
