ACT!2009 (11.0) Version 11.0.0.367 cant attach mail to act with outlook 2003

Good morning,

 

 

We are running Windows 2007, 32 bit with outlook 2003. In the past we had windows XP and worked fine, we just upgrade to windows 2007.

 

In my act setting i attach outlook to it but when i send mail it does not attach my mail to my act. I dont even see the icons in outllok for attaching my mail with act.

 

With thoses versions, is it possible to make it work? Thank, i red i lot over try to find my problem but dindt found nothing for our version.

Good morning,

 

Thank you for the information. Every settings seems to be okay ( ALMOST ). Perhaps when i go to preference i do not have the thumbnail ADMIN... I do not know why?  I have all the othe thumbnail but not the admin one. My boss gave me the admin but cant see the thumbnail, can you guys help me out with that?

The Admin tab would not apply to your version of ACT!. It was added in ACT! 2011 (version 13.0).
