Help, new to both ACT and Palm. Purchased in September of 2007. Have had difficulties syncing since purchase. I have a laptop with Windows Vista. Have talked with ACT tech support a couple of times in my 30 days free support and continue to have problems. Palm tech support said to contact ACT support.
Problem is when I sync my updated info on the laptop ACT, contacts and calendar, does not transfer to Palm. Hot sync message on Palm indicates hot sync was successful.
My Palm is of no use if I can't syn updated information.
