How were you able to get ACT! 2008 to work in Windows XP Mode? I keep getting an error after it lets me log in that it cannot find the supplemental database files. Please help!

Can you provide some additional information:
- is this database local to your computer or a shared database that resides on a host?
- can you open the ACT! demo database without issue?

Thank you for your response! It is a shared database on a host. I am able to open the ACT! demo database. Is ACT! compatible with XP mode on Windows 7?

Having the demo database open successfully shows that ACT! is running correctly in the XP mode. For the message you are receiving with the shared database, review the steps in this article: KB Article 19876
If the Share option is enabled, try the last option of updating the PAD file and using IP address. If that doesn't resolve it, try the other steps.
