I have had ACT! 10 Premium 2008 with Outlook 2003 working just fine. Recently upgraded to Outlook 2010 and no email history is being saved in ACT!'s history for contacts. I have set up Outlook with ACT! Add-in.
Any other suggestions?

Outlook 2010 is not supported with your version of ACT!
You can how ever get some of the functions to work, take a look at this knowledge base article to find out what will work and what wont. ACT! by Sage Compatibility with Microsoft® Office 2010
