Suddenly, after numerous updates on Microsoft Vista, etc....ACT!2008 no longer works with OUtlook 2003 which I have been using for the past few months...
I get this message when I open Outlook.....
"The ACT! Address Book service is not properly configured, or the configured database is locked."
I have tried several times to unlock the database and it still comes up with the same error message.
My next option now is to uninstall and re-install ACT!2008 - this always give me problems.
Before I do this, I wondered if anyone can help me resolve this before I end up re-installing.
