ACT 2008 - cannot find supplemental database files on a network computer

We have installed ACT 2008 on three computers on a small wireless network.  The Server program works great and one of the laptops works great but the second laptop allows me to enter a password to open the file but always gives me this message:  "Cannot find database supplemental files folder XXXXXXX-database files in this location XX-SERVER.  This could be problem with the share, or the folder may not exist.  Please contact the administrator of your database."  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program just on this laptop and the problem still exists.  Any help?

Have you checked the Tools | Database Maintenance to see if the database is shared?

It is shared by the server and other laptop but I can't even access the tools section on my laptop because once I try to log in, it stops me with that message.

Check for shared where you can log into the database.

It is showing as shared when I open it through the other laptop.
