ACT 2008 Premium for Web problem...

ACT 2008 Premium for Web problem...

I cannot log into my WEB ACT account. I cannot even go on to the website.

Keep getting this message...

 

 

Server Error in '/APFW' Application.


Configuration Error

Parser Error Message: Could not create Windows user token from the credentials specified in the config file. Error from the operating system 'Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
