we have a problem with ACT! Scheduler. From when we updated ACT form 10.0.2 version to 10.0.3 version the backup Scheduler doesn't. This is a great problem for the safety of our data. (http://community.act.com/t5/Sage-ACT-Premium/Update-to-10-0-3-fails-amp-ACT-stops-working/td-p/17192...
Considering that the problem is on a Windows server 2008, there is a solution for resolve the backup problem?
We have a central shared database in the server, then on the computers of the network we use ACT opening the .pad files that is in the server.
If i do a manual backup from a PC of the network, i do a backup of all the central database of the server?

Is there an error associated with the scheduler? Is it that the scheduled tasks don't run?
- Have you tried deleting the current backup task and recreating it?
When creating a backup of a shared database from a workstation, it will include all of the database.
