ACT! 2008/10 - From windows 2007 to Vista business

I use ACT! 2008/10  and also use windows 2007 but am considering upgrading to Vista business soon.  Once I upgrade to Vista will it be an issue to open data I was working on in ACT previously? How do I ensure that I gather all the relevant data files, so there are no problems when using ACT with Vista.

Ned,

I'd hestitate to change to Vista until you've looked into it very carefully. I find it slow and painful in many ways, and I'm running Vista Business on a duo core laptop with 3 mbs of ram.

I had a lot of trouble getting the Pocket PC link to work as well.
