I can enter a client's name, company, phone and email without a problem, but if I add a street address or city I get this message: "The contact no longer exists in the database." Strangely, the contact does exist anyway. This seems to be an issue that has developed since I created a set of groups (Active and Inactive) to sort clients.
Do I need to reinstall the software? Are there registration issues associated with doing that?
