I have seen comments that upgrading from 2007 to 2008 would make me MUCH happier. I never see anything on the ACT! site explaining how they have improved (meaning to me fixed the huge number of bugs in 2007 and before that in 2006). Can anyone give me a good reason to upgrade to 2008. I have to buy two programs so I don't want to spend money needlessly, especially if the improvements are virtually invisible as it was in going from 2006 to 2007. Far more than the money is the problem with disrupting my business. This is a small business - two people - and our job is to service customers not fight computers.
Or does anyone have another CRM that really does integrate with Outlook completely and is easy to use?
