ACT 2007 and Word 2013 - not showing Word as Word Processor option

1.  I just installed Office 2013, from Microsoft 365 (online download).

 

I can't see the .adt files from within ACT (I can see them from Windows Explorer).  I go to the Setup Assistant, and in step 4, it only shows "ACT! Word Processor" as the option in the drop down for the word processor.

 

2.  I also cannot see the custom layouts.  I had restored the database to a new folder (using save-as), and copied the .aly files over.  However, the Contact view custom tabs I created are now showing.

 

Can someone give me some assitance?

I still have Word 2007 on my PC, it opens in "safe" mode.   I don't know why ACT won't see this version of Word.
