I just think its funny that Sage Corp. thinks that customer service = $'s for Sage Corp.
Act user since Act 2.0, Peachtree 2008 - Gone after 1 year of Sage Custmer Service Help.
Maybe I'll Change PIM also?

I have to agree with this sentiment...i've used ACT! since 1997, but after the miserable customer service and numerous problems with ACT! 2008 and integrating it with Vista and Word 2007 (it just is not compatable no matter what they say) i am going to look for another CRM solution, regardless of the cost. I use ACT! Premium and have 15 users...I spent a lot of money, got horrible support, still have problems that the tech support cant fix (and they dont call back either).
