This morning when I started ACT up, it kept saying that we needed to do updates and I kept saying no-but it wouldn’t let me continue. I did the updates and it said completed successfully. When I went in to retrieve the “Task List” the most current date I can retrieve information from is November 2007. Anything entered after 11/07 is gone-not there! It says that it is the last back up date-so I have nothing more current in ACT from that date on.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not exactly sure how to proceed.
