Non Windows administrators receive the following message when starting ACT!
Your trial version has expired. To continue using ACT!, you must register the product.
If I change the user to a Windows administrator, then ACT! opens with no problems.
I have already registered ACT! while logged on as a Windows administrator.
Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled ACT! using the Uninstall and the manual uninstall.

You can right click on the icon choose properties and then click on the compatibility tab and then put a check mark on the run as administrator. hopefully that should help .
