Everytime we attempt to enter a new contact ACT basically tells us there was an error would we like to report it. It then shuts ACT down completely. Does not give any other information than that. It does it on all of the machines we use. We are also runningOutlook 2007 which I have been having problems with since we started using ACT again. (didnt have on these machines for a while). I see now through the posts that maybe there is a connection? Please help, its killing us!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. If this is happening with all machines, it may be a problem with the database. Try opening the Demo database (ACT9Demo) or creating a new database and see if the same issue occurs. Also, please note that ACT! 2007 does not support Office 2007. ACT! 2008 was first version to support Office 2007.
