I have one user who is experiencing very frequent lockups when clicking on the Opportunities tab in ACT - ACT doesn't crash it just does not allow the user to click any other tabs or options. Nothing is logged in Event Viewer either.
No other users are experiencing this issue but the user who is getting lockups has them occur on her personal computer and on our terminal server. Can anyone point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this issue?

It sounds like an issue with the user in the database. Try running database maintenance following this KB - Database Rebuild and Repair Procedures.
