ACT 2006 Notes Section

I still have the ACT 2006 and need to upgrade.  I am having an issue in the notes section.  When ACT opens, my notes on clients appears for a few minutes and then disappears and I must close and reopen in order to see notes again.  And then it lasts for 5 minutes and goes again.  Anything I can do?

You're definitely having a refresh issue.  Try reducing hardware acceleration on the computer.  You can review the steps in the knowledge base article below.
