I have just updated my ACt16 pro to Versoin 220.127.116.11
Since doing this I no longer have the option to use Microsoft Word as a word processor. I have been using it since getting ACt16 and Office 365 (which is installed locally and is the 32bit version). ONly thing I've changed is the ACt update.
All of my mail merge templates etc are useless, and I need to send out a mail merge urgently.
AT the moment, I'm thinking I will uninstall and go back to the older version of ACt.
Any thoughts anyone. This is a nonsense - update and lose funtionality.

This is a known issue with v16.1 that was resolved with Hot Fix 1. Please see http://act.com/support/downloads/act-pro-v16/ and select the following row: 5/23/2014 Act! v16 SP1 Hot Fix 1 ACT16SP1HF1b.exe 1,016 KB
That should resolve your issue.
