ACT 11.0 sync problem

Hi I have a quick question, I have been syncing my remote database with my main database without problem for the last 2 months, yesterday I went to sync and it keeps telling me that the sync server is not available. I checked the sync server on the main database and it is up and running. Any ideas here? Could my firewall somehow be interfering? Thanks for any help!

Verify that accept incoming sync is still enabled on the server.  Also if you were using the IP address to sync, verify that it has not changed.  Also disable your firewall and antivirus to verify the programs aren't interfering.
