ACT 10 working over LAN

ACT 10 working over LAN

I am upgrading from ACT 6 ot ACT 10 and have a demo CD. I have converted ny database and can open it on my server and laptop but cannot open it from my lapton while it is located on the server. I followed the suggestion in the act help file but they have made no difference.
 
Any help please as I am considreing buying this product but need to get this working first.

Lee,

Are you getting an error when attempting to open the shared database? If so, could you please post the error message?
