I have an older version of ACT! which I use simply because I am used to it. However in creating a new data base I used the same ID but a new password. Now when trying to get into either the old database or the new one I get an error message that says: Could not authenticate user. Verify user name and password and try again.
It is critical that I get the old data base open. I rely on it because all my clients are listed there and without it I am out of business. Please help.
