Using ACT 10.0.3.182 and ACT for Palm 3.0. When I hot sync, it says it is logging into the database, but does not sync. Once it finishes, if I sync again, it will sync perfectly. Any idea what's going on and how to fix this?

The database connections may need refreshing.
- Do a sync...make sure that all new data from the handheld is in your ACT! database on your PC
- In ACT!, go to Tools/Handheld Setup
- Click the sync action link and change to ACT! Will Overwrite
- Do another sync and then sync again and see if this resolves the issue

Thanks for getting back to me. I did as you asked, and it tells me I don;t have either link installed. Again, I am using ACT for palm with Chapura's conduits. Let me know if you have any ideas.
