ACT 10.0 used with Vista

This version works perfectly EXCEPT, if it has been on the desktop for too long, it freezes and will not open, close, etc. without shutting down the computer.  Anyone have this problem, or recommendation?

Re: ACT 10.0 used with Vista

Do you have a large number of activities in the calendar that are due to be rolled over to the current day? Do you have Alarm screens in the background. If you Alt + Tab you may expose these screens and you need to complete the tasks. Best practice with ACT! is to close activities once completed rather than let them age in the calendar. Also best to keep alarmed activities to only those important meetings or tasks, then they don't become overwhelming in numbers.
