Try deleting all Windows (C:\Windows\Temp) and local (Start/Run, %temp%) temp files from the machine, emptying the recycle bin and rebooting. If this does not resolve then you may need to call ACT! Technical Support to manually remove those messages using a special email utility.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
