2012 Pro google integration fail

when attempting to integrate wtih 2012 ACT! and google (have google apps account), getting following message:

'Unable to continue.  The ACT! user count has been exceeded.'

Suggestions?  I have 4 user accounts, but just bought new computer and reloaded ACT so it assumes I only have one (I believe).  Still, I'm only using it from one location currently, and trying to integrate on the computer it's loaded on (of course).

My database used to be in multi-user mode; had help re-building it onto new computer and not sure if the support help left it in that mode or not.

You can view the users defined within your database through the Tools > Manage Users option. Look for any user names (other than yours) that are set to 'Active' or 'Active-pending'; through this screen they can be set to 'Inactive'.

Be sure not to attempt to change your own username. It is highly recommended to create a backup of the database (File > Backup > Database) before performing user maintenance.
