Re: 2012 Pro Scratchpad closes - stops working

When opening Scratchpad, try running it with the Windows 'Run As Administrator' option.  To do this:

- right click on Scratchpad icon

- select 'Run As Administrator'

- test

I get the same error message whether I run as administrator or not.  Please help!  This is an awesome feature that we need!

Hello Jhwc.jlk,

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!

If the error is when attempting to print (and 'run as admin' doesn't help), it is most likely an out of date print driver.  Here is an article with instructions for testing a different print driver: KB Article 28125
