One user's sent mail folder showed empty yesterday with no errors (we only send from Act and approx. 900 messages should be there).
ActEmailRepair.exe tool sounded like the fix but it references 2007, 2006, and 2005 versions and runs with errors, leading me to believe it won't work on 2011. It does show the 900 messages in the sent mail folder though.
Can someone recover these messages if I email the .mdf and the USpreferences206.xml file?
Backups of Act Mail will have to start being to run on other computers to prevent this in the future.
Act 2011 on XPsp3 updated 4 users (separate computers)
