It appears that the quick group dropdown list has disappeared in 2010. Although you can change layouts in an instance which is NOT as usefull as looking up a group in an instance.
The View Groups/Companies button has been removed due to the redesign change in ACT! 2010. This has been submitted as a feature request to add the button back.
