running window 7 with Act 2010
using intranet mail (no outlook)
Getting error message could not connect to server 'mail.paragontech.com' but hit send and receive and I get updated e mails but it does not send the message in the outgoing box,
keeps asking for user name and password even though the save password box is checked.
Test Account setting
Established network connection pass
log on to outgoing Failed
log on to incoming passed
send test e amail Failed.
I am thinking something in the director is looking at the wrong tags?
How would I completely unistall and reinsall the itranet mail?
